What's a credit?

A credit is spent when you unlock premium contact data on export, such as verified email addresses or phone numbers. Browsing, cleaning, deduplicating, and list prep stay visible before credits are consumed.

Do credits roll over?

No. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, which keeps usage predictable and aligns each plan to a clear operating budget.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can move up as your team or export volume grows, and you can step back down if usage drops. We recommend reviewing credits and seats together before changing tier.

What happens at the limit?

When you hit your credit or seat cap, new unlocks stop until the plan renews or the workspace upgrades. Your existing data, saved lists, and setup stay in place.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Annual billing effectively gives you two months free, which works out to roughly a 17% discount versus paying month to month.

Is there a free trial?
