Free includes one user, 100 free-action credits, and up to 4 hours of Fetchr usage. Those free credits do not cover paid-provider enrichment actions.
Paid plans are charged in advance
Individual offers $15 for 1 month, $40 for 3 months, or $150 for 12 months. Team is $20, $53, or $200 per seat on the same durations.
Team credits stay pooled
Team credits are calculated from paid seats but held as one shared organisation balance. On the 1-month plan, 1 seat = $20 and 1,000 included credits. 5 seats = $100 and 5,000 included credits. 10 seats = $200 and 10,000 included credits.
Top-up packs are fixed
Top-ups are one-off packs: 1,000 credits for $15, 3,000 credits for $40, or 12,000 credits for $150. They are separate from included plan credits and expire at the end of the next billing period. On Team, top-ups are added to the shared organisation pool.

What's a credit?
A credit is spent when you unlock premium contact data on export, such as verified email addresses or phone numbers. The Free plan includes 100 free-action credits, but those credits cannot be used for paid-provider enrichment actions.
How do paid plans bill?
Individual and Team plans are paid in advance. Individual offers $15 for 1 month, $40 for 3 months, or $150 for 12 months for one user. Team is $20, $53, or $200 per seat on the same durations. Paid plans can then be managed from the Billing workspace.
How do credit top-ups work?
Top-ups are one-off credit packs, separate from included plan credits. Public packs are 1,000 credits for $15, 3,000 credits for $40, and 12,000 credits for $150, and they currently expire at the end of the next billing period. On Team, top-ups land in the shared organisation pool.
How do Team credits work?

Do prices include sales tax?
Prices shown exclude sales taxes where applicable, which will be calculated at checkout based on your billing location. Businesses can enter a VAT/tax number during checkout for invoices and tax treatment.
Is Fetchr limited on every plan?
No. Free includes up to 4 hours of Fetchr usage. Individual and Team both include unlimited Fetchr while the paid plan is active.
Can I change plans or cancel renewal?
Yes. Create your free workspace first, then choose, renew, or schedule plan changes from the Billing workspace. Cancelling auto-renew usually stops the next renewal rather than ending the current paid term immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid plans and top-ups are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Cancelling stops your next renewal, but your paid access and any remaining credits stay available until the end of the current term rather than being refunded.
