Paid plans are charged in advance
Individual offers £10 for 1 month, £25 for 3 months, or £90 for 12 months. Enterprise uses the same duration grid at £10, £25, or £90 per seat, with a 5-seat minimum.
Enterprise credits stay pooled
Enterprise credits are calculated from paid seats but held as one shared organisation balance. On the 1-month plan, 5 seats = £50 and 5,000 included credits. 6 seats = £60 and 6,000 included credits. 10 seats = £100 and 10,000 included credits.
Top-up packs are fixed
Top-ups are one-off packs: 1,000 credits for £10, 3,000 credits for £25, or 12,000 credits for £90. They are separate from included plan credits and expire at the end of the next billing period. On Enterprise, top-ups are added to the shared organisation pool.

What's a credit?
A credit is spent when you unlock premium contact data on export, such as verified email addresses or phone numbers. The Free plan includes 100 free-action credits, but those credits cannot be used for paid-provider enrichment actions.
How do paid plans bill?
Individual and Enterprise plans are paid in advance. Individual offers £10 for 1 month, £25 for 3 months, or £90 for 12 months for one user. Enterprise uses the same duration grid per seat with a 5-seat minimum, so the 1-month starting point is £50 for 5 seats. Paid plans can then be managed from the Billing workspace.
How do credit top-ups work?
Top-ups are one-off credit packs, separate from included plan credits. Public packs are 1,000 credits for £10, 3,000 credits for £25, and 12,000 credits for £90, and they currently expire at the end of the next billing period. On Enterprise, top-ups land in the shared organisation pool.

Can I change plans or cancel renewal?
Yes. Create your free workspace first, then choose, renew, or schedule plan changes from the Billing workspace. Cancelling auto-renew usually stops the next renewal rather than ending the current paid term immediately.
